Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development

ASCD offers broad, multiple perspectives across all education professions in reporting key policies and practices.


Education Week

Education Week is a publication of Editorial Projects in Education, Inc. whose primary mission is to help raise the level of awareness and understanding among professionals and the public about important issues in American education. Education Week covers local, state, and national news and issues from preschool through the 12th grade.


Florida Center for Reading Research

The Florida Center for Reading Research conducts basic research on reading, reading growth, reading assessment, and reading instruction, and disseminates information about research-based practices related to literacy instruction and assessment for children in preschool through 12th grade.


International Reading Association

U.S. Department of Education

The Department of Education is the U.S. federal agency charged with ensuring equal access to education and promoting educational excellence throughout the nation. The USDOE establishes policies on federal financial aid for education, distributing and monitoring funds, collecting data on schools and disseminating research, focusing national attention on key educational issues, prohibiting discrimination, and ensuring equal access to education.
