Grant Implementation
Once you’ve won funding for your grant proposal, ensure the success of your solution by laying a foundation for a successful implementation.
Establish a Point of Contact
Appoint a single person who will be responsible for all grant-related activities. All partners and stakeholders involved in the solution should report to this person to ensure efforts are effective and coordinated.
Maintain Direction
Periodically review the implementation to ensure it is addressing the identified problems. Set up regular meetings that bring together educators, solution providers, and interested stakeholders to discuss the project and help maintain its focus. Hold partners accountable for their portion of the implementation and provide support and direction as needed.
Assess Progress
Regularly assess progress in meeting the established goals. Use a variety of formative, summative, formal, and informal tools to monitor progress throughout the year. Gather and analyze this data, and share results with partners and stakeholders.
